ICW Fight Club Quick Results (09/10/22) Feat. Anthony vs Buzzard, Malone vs Hayze and Polo Promotions Academy Final

GET TOP STORIES TO YOUR EMAIL:

Scotland’s ICW is one of the four independent promotions currently offered on Peacock/WWE Network, which they started supporting on there since August 2020. ICW has been putting out new shows on a weekly basis since November 2020. ICW features four championships (ICW World Heavyweight, ICW Zero-G, ICW Tag Team and ICW Women’s World Championships). Although it’s not entirely exclusive to Peacock/WWE Network, ICW has their own streaming service, it is the first service the show gets watched on (albeit on-demand). Because it’s a first-run show, we will provide quick results for ICW shows every week until it is no longer first-run.

Below are the latest ICW Fight Club results for 09/10/22:

  1. Moxie Malone defeated Angel Hayze by submission.
  2. Polo Promotions Academy Final: Mikey Divine vs Rabu Romero fought to a no-contest after KoE attacked both.
  3. Sheikh El Sham defeated Theo Doros by pinfall.
  4. Craig Anthony defeated Leyton Buzzard by pinfall.

Non-match notes:

  • Angel Hayze and Moxie Malone had a small pre-match brawl before their match started.
  • Hayze got distracted by a distorted video of someone that looked like ADM.
  • ICW World Heavyweight Champion Kez Evans talked about his title defense against Grado happening next week.
  • TV’s “Jackie Polo” hosted the Polo Promotions Academy Graduation Ceremony with Mikey Divine and Rabu Romero as the final two. The final challenge being a match against each other.
  • After KoE’s attacked Divine and Romero, they proposed to join Polo Promotions. “Jackie” accepted the proposition, leading to them becoming the Polo Promotions Academy graduates.
  • Thatcher Wright campaigned for new members as his previous Cabinet members resigned right after Shug’s. Wright only got met with ridicule though.
  • Lou King Sharpe had some quick, but choice words for his opponents at next week’s Whit’s Occurin!?
  • Kez Evans attempted to interfere in the main event by waiting on Craig Anthony to stand up, but got shut down by Leyton attacking him to fend him off.

Announced for ICW Whit’s Occurin!?, airing next week at 09/17/22:

  • ICW Zero-G Championship Ladder: Daz Black (c) vs Luke Kyro.
  • BT Gunn vs Andy Wild.
  • Greedy Souls vs LJ Cleary and Martin Steers.
  • Jack Jester vs TV’s “Jackie Polo”.
  • ICW Women’s Championship: Molly Spartan (c) vs Moxie Malone.
  • ICW Tag Team Championship Street Fight: Kings of the North (c) vs Glasgow Grindhouse.
  • Craig Anthony vs Leyton Buzzard.
  • ICW World Heavyweight Championship: Kez Evans (c) vs Grado.

So, what do you think? Did you check out this show yet, and if not, do you intend to? Did you enjoy the first night of ICW Shug’s Hoose Party 7?
